Info about Subscriptions:

Your subscription is good for the term listed in your accounts page.

If you wish you cancel, the subscription (and your access to the product) may terminate once you cancel. I do not offer mid-month refunds due to the small cost of the subscription. Consider setting a reminder on your calendar to remind you to cancel when you'd like to -- so you have full access to the course for as long as you've paid for.

Information on returns:

As of 11/30/18 all products bought through my website over a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Try the courses out, if you get through the information and you don't believe it's been helpful -- shoot me an email. We want happy customers.

Requirements for returns:

  • Request has to come within 30 days of purchase
  • You have to have tried the course and feel like it wasn't helpful.
  • You need to contact me to initiate the return (within 30 days)

For courses bought previous to 12/1/2018:

Since all content is provided digitally, there are no returns offered.

No mid-month refunds are given on the Organization Course, as noted above. Also, you need to cancel the subscription on your own, I will not cancel it for you.
